Coop's Plumbing Service

We experienced multiple major leaks from the plumbing Chris had done at our property. We gave him a chance to fix it at first (for which he charged extra). Then, a second major leak flooded our property and delayed our Christmas with family. Chris lied to us at first and said he didn't touch the fitting where the leak was, but the before and after photos show he changed everything: the pipes, the fittings, etc. After that, we were done. Chris initially agreed to refund, then returned to the house without our permission in our absence to "do the right thing." While tresspassing (and destroying the evidence of his botched work), he unplugged the heat tape that we use to keep the pipes from freezing. He also used Pex B and crimp-style style fittings that reduce the flow and do not do well with freezeing, setting us up for more leaks in the future. He now refuses to refund the money and claims everything is fixed. There is now also a third leak. To sum up: we are out $976.93, our plumbing is worse than before, it is still leaking, it all needs to be ripped out and replaced, and Chris thinks that entering our home without permission and without us being present when we told him we didn't want him back is "the right thing to do" and that there is "nothing wrong with [his] work."
